A Green Way to Get Rid of Cat Pee?

Jonathan is moving into a new house, and something (namely his nose) suspects that more than a few feline tenants marked the territory before he got there. So how do you get rid of the smell of cat pee? Is there a green solution?

We wish it would rain. Period. And when it does, we'd love to have something like this downspout redistributor -- that way we could make the most of the water that falls on our roof.
