Best Product: Pottery Barn's Classic Bedding

We've been slowly putting together a handful of model apartments for our day job over the past few months, and have finally gotten down to layering the finer points like bedding. Finding expensive-looking, hotel style duvet covers and shams has proven strangely difficult, as it seems most everything available looks either like a Dwell Studio knockoff, or like something from the Fingerhut catalog circa the mid-90s (or circa whenever, really) ...

So we were surprised to discover that Pottery Barn, of all places, has several great collections available for less-than-outrageous prices. The Morgan collection for example, pictured above, runs $229 for a full/ queen sized duvet cover, and several colorways (green, blue, and red) are presently on sale for $160.

The Pearl embroidered collection is even less expensive, with multiple colors available. A full/ queen cover is $99.

Granted, we're sure the quality is not quite as amazing as the classic Matouk or Pratesi styles they emulate, but the price is unbeatable. They'll even monogram them for you!
