Mayday Light

Mayday Light

While searching for light fixtures for our living room—which had none—we came across the Mayday Lamp and fell in love with its simple, industrial look and its versatile utility.

While it may not be a true green product, we think the Mayday Lamp, designed by Konstantin Grcic for Flos, is still a very sustainable choice…

Many products can be more sustainable simply in their adaptability to different situations, thus extending their useful lifespan. Mayday elegantly serves just about every lighting purpose you could imagine for a light—pendant, wall sconce (up or down), floor lamp, and, with its 16' cord, a great utility light when working on D.I.Y. projects in dark corners.

This light has a great look, tons of function and a very reasonable price tag. We got ours at DWR. It's a great investment for renters moving from one apartment to another as there's always a new use for it.
