ICFF 2008: Loadbearing MShelving

We couldn't help but think the MShelving from US/Swiss company, Loadbearing, would be a good place for children's storage. It's a customizable storage system that lets you create your own look and choose your own colors.

Granted, you probably won't want these in your baby's room because the frame is made of galvanized steel- giving it that industrial look. It would be great in an older child's room or for storage anywhere in the house- playroom or family room. Once you customize your unit, it comes shipped flat but according to Loadbearing, you can put something like the Credenza together in about 30-40 minutes with just an electric drill or screwdriver.

In their press packet, they describe their company goals as a mixture of Swiss and US values. The Swiss side "requires practical, attractive and clever solutions." While the US side, "wants to have it our way." Does that describe us here in the US? Probably. Either way-you can check out the credenza, media console, space divider, bookshelf, or storage cabinet that is MShelving right here.
