Play and Learn Spoons by Baby Human

Play and Learn Spoons by Baby Human

There aren't many things cuter than watching a baby learn how to use a spoon. Not so cute: watching them gag and cry when they inadvertently push the spoon too far into their mouths. The folks at Baby Human clearly had the same feeling, hence this dual-ended "starter spoon" with guards to prevent choking.

Made of BPA-, phthalate- and lead-free rubber, the Play and Learn Spoon isn't just designed to prevent choking. It also purports to have an ergonomically shaped handle that "reduces the need to coordinate the movement of multiple body parts which reduces neurological stress and increases time on task and focus."

Hm. Maybe the baby isn't the only person in our house who needs one of these.

$9.95 for a set of two (orange and green) at Style Kid (Canada) and $8.99 at Amazon (US).
