The Gallery: Liz Craft

Although represented by Marianne Boesky Gallery in New York, most of sculptor Liz Craft's inspiration comes from driving around her hometown of Los Angeles. Smack dab in the middle of both, we'd love to catch a showing of these large-scale sculptures - especially the bronze love seat from 2006 shown here.

Reading a short piece on the artist in Vogue Living (Spring/Summer '08), we loved the literary glimpse at Craft's L.A. home as well: a "gingerbread house" including a skylight in their living room in the shape of the sun, and a "hilly garden filled with Craft's concrete gnomes."
