Need more tools to help kill those inconspicuous Energy Vampires? Hey, Mi Casa Verde hates them too. They also understand it's not easy being green, but they're going to make an attempt to streamline the process. Via a robust web interface, the little Linux-powered hub allows power management of devices throughout your home, with complete control of on/off, event timers, and other features for you to create the most optimal energy control system anyone has ever seen.

The system is expected to go for $299 and a secure remote access gateway costs $8/month. However, it looks like they're attempting to lure early adopters by with a pre-street release price of $149 with a free year of remote access. Sounds tempting! The early release is October 31st while the street date is November 15th.
