At On: What Should "Home" Smell Like?

At On: What Should "Home" Smell Like?

With the holidays approaching, "home smells" seem to be a bit more in abundance. Not to mention smelly candles are a quick go to gift for a friend or new acquaintance. But when it comes right down to it, do you want your home to feel like you are drowning in an apple pie or not smell at all. Share your thoughts with us after the jump.

There are certain smells as we go about our day that remind us of certain things. Be it baked goods your mom used to make, or the way your brothers room smelled (typically due to a forgotten sock... or 12... under the bed), there are certain things that trigger out memories.
Are there things we want our home to smell of to bring us comfort or ease? Or should our houses have little to no smell at all so they merely smell "clean?"

What smells bring you back home again, and what smells do you try to bring into your own home to make yourself and your company feel a little more at ease. Leave us a comment and let us know!
